All Grown Up! More Sighs!

Well, my baby girl had her last first day of school yesterday!  Huge Sigh!  I have a feeling it is going to be an emotional year for me.  My third daughter is getting married, my son has now gone off to college and my baby girl is a senior.  I'm so HAPPY, and PROUD, and EXCITED for ALL of them!!!!  It just leaves me a little breathless.  Time is such a precious thing and I am soooooooo VERY GRATEFUL for EVERY SECOND of EVERY DAY!  I am so blessed to see God's hand in my life EACH and EVERY day and in the lives of my children!  May the Lord bless each of you this day and may you see HIS HAND in your lives!  HUGS, Cheryl

  1. I feel your pain. My baby starts his final first day of high school on Tuesday. In fact, we will be down your way this Friday as we (Springville HS) plays Dixie HS. This growing up thing is for the birds. The silver lining is GRANDKIDS! I love reading your posts. I can feel the love you have for your family.

  4. Life is full of bittersweet moments, isn't it? Christopher started middle school this year and I'm so very proud of him, he's adjusting so well. And I've felt a bit sad too wondering where our little boy went and amazed by the speed of time! Just makes me want to scrap every little moment! :) hope your daughter enjoys her senior year! You too! :)

  9. Your daughter is so beautiful, Cheryl! You are so truly blessed. But I know how you feel about time. My son is starting his senior year next week, and I'm already dreading losing him. I've been emotional since the end of last year, and know it will just get worse as the year goes on. :)

  17. She is beautiful. You must be so proud of your children, they sound like they're doing soo well. So VERY true how fast they grow, I can certainly empathize with you. My eldest daughter starts high school next week - I cried on her last day of junior school!!!
