Sweet Hay for a Bed...*2S4Y* **Give Away Note**

Time for another sketch from 2 Sketches 4 You!! This one by Laura you are going to LOVE!! You are also going to love our sponsor...Starving Artistamps. I flipped the sketch to highlight the oh so sweet stamps from them. This card is very different for me. I NEVER work in neutrals. I had every intention of coloring the stamps in and using color as I always do. Once I had the images stamped, however, I decided I liked them as they were. It seemed fitting for that sweet scene of the most sublime and humble event in human history. So, I decided to keep the whole card in neutrals. I hope you enjoy. Now, I hope you will enjoy the next 12 days on my blog. Time for my GIVE AWAY note.

**GIVE AWAY NOTE**
Starting tomorrow I will be celebrating the 12 DAYS of Christmas Cards with you. Each day I will post some of the cards I have made for this Christmas season. Don't worry, I won't post any of the ones you have already seen. I have had so much fun making them and wanted to share the joy with you all. Every day of the 12 Days of Christmas cards that you leave a comment your name will be put into a drawing. There will be a cash prize of $25 and also a lot of other goodies that I will put together. I will announce the winner on the 14th of December. There will be one other way to win an additional $25 cash prize + goodies. I'm feeling in a generous mood, so there will probably be a few other winners that I will announce along the way. I hope you will join me in the CELEBRATION and tell your friends! Hopefully you will receive a little inspiration along the way. Above are the card and sketch for 2S4Y and a sneak of one of tomorrow's cards.

Wishing You Blessings *2S4Y*

I love the sentiment on the card I was able to create this week using Kazan's great sketch at 2 Sketches 4 You and the sentiment on the stamps provided by our wonderful sponsor JustRite Stamps. I hope you are able to play along this week. I want to express that I sincerely do wish you all the blessings of the season. My heart is full of gratitude. I have been so richly blessed. In the past few months some miraculous things have happened to me and my family. I was able to find my sister who had been missing for 27 years and witness her reunited with our dad who just turned 90. I was able to be with my dad and so many family and friends as my dad celebrated his birthday. Many of you know that my daughter decided to serve as a missionary for our church. She was called to serve in Paraguay. She had been learning the language and other missionary training for the past two months. Today as I sit and type this she is on a plane headed to Paraguay. After 36 hours of travel she will arrive in Paraguay tomorrow afternoon at 5:00. At the same time she will be meeting with her mission president tomorrow in Paraguay, my son will be meeting with our church leaders here to turn in the paper work so he can also serve as a missionary for our church. He will find out in about 2 1/2 weeks where he will be serving. I have for the past five years had the amazing privilige of being the president of the organization in our church that works with the children ages eighteen months to 12 years. Yesterday I was released from that position and called into a presidency to work with the women of our church. My life is so full and rich and blessed. I say, really, can anyone be more blessed than I am? I love the Lord with all my heart and am so privileged to be able to serve Him in the smallest of ways and to watch my children want to give their all to do the same. I have been blessed with so many wonderful friends and feel blessed so much to work with Laura and Kazan and all of the DT members. I feel blessed by the support and encouragement you render. So........I wish you all the choicest of blessings with all my heart. Much love to you all, Cheryl

I Put In My Thumb and Pulled Out A....Plum

I'm so loving the inspiration over at Moxie Fab World. This time I put in my thumb and pulled out the Plum Crazy challenge. Holy Moly you are not going to believe all the stunning creations everyone has come up with using gorgeous tones of plum. I'm not even done looking at all of them and my jaw is dropping to the floor. I can't wait to drool slack jawed over the rest of them. I so loved coming up with this little holiday card of my own. I think I will be using plum a little more often on holiday and all other cards...it provides a touch of elegance I think.

**Moxie Fab World** Tuesday Trigger

I am so happy I had the time to play along with this week's Tuesday Trigger at Moxie Fab World. What a great place for inspiration to help finish my holiday cards. I truly loved the inspiration piece provided by Laura O'Donnell.(and her amazing card, I must say) Everything that made this place setting so lovely can be used to make a wonderful card...the sparkle of the glassware, the texture of the linen, the layering of the dishware and that fabulous unexpected color combination...LOVE it! Thanks Laura and Moxie Fab World for this great bit of inspiration. Maybe it will spark some ideas in all of your minds as well. Go check it out!

2 Sketches 4 You*DRS Designs**Kazan #39**

Hi all!! It is time for another fabulous sketch from 2 Sketches 4 You! The sponsor this week is DRS Designs. They are offering a $15 gift certificate to the card of the week! You are so going to love their product. You need to check out all the different work by the design team this week and see all the variety of products offered. I was thrilled to use this gorgeous snowflake. I kept my card really simple this week (which is unusual for me) because I just wanted to focus in on that beautifully detailed snowflake. I used the DRS Designs snowflake stamp with white ink and then some white embossing powder. Go check out Kazan's fabulous sketch, the DT's awesome inspiration and DRS Designs fabulous product!

Are You Ready For the Holidays?! *Laura Sketch 38*

So are you all ready for the Holidays? Can you believe it is NOVEMBER?!! I'm usually quite the procrastinator when it comes to getting ready, but I've been trying really hard to change all that. I made a ton of Holiday cards and even have them all addressed and ready to go.......but......I discovered I still have a few left to make. I thought Laura's sketch at 2 Sketches 4 You was the perfect inspiration for a holiday card. Our fabulous sponsors this week are Sukura of America and Starving Artistamps!! If you need to get some cards ready for this holiday season I bet you'll be inspired by Laura's sketch, too. We have some really fabulous new design team members that have been announced today so go check it out!
