Woohoo Tuesday! Time to share my project from
City Crafter Challenge Blog! Our hostess, Kirsty, has a super interesting challenge for us this week. The theme is Magical Box and the challenge is to create a box. We want to see a box decorated inside and out, it can be a box card or a box you make from scratch or with a template, please note that it cannot be an altered box of any kind Remember you need to create this yourself. That was the magic for me...that I was able to do that! haha! I am usually very challenged at something like this. I found
THIS step by step tutorial online and actually got it on the first try. I have made 14 of these little boxes now and plan on making a total of 25 and using them as an advent calendar of sorts for my son who is a missionary. I am filling them with candy and a scripture. He can open one each day in December...leading up to Christmas.
You definitely need to check out our Guest Designer,
Lynn Miller, and DT creations at
City Crafter Challenge Blog! They are sooooooo much more skilled than I am and have created some AMAZING boxes and I am going to give theirs a try. Wish me luck! I sure hope you all play along! I want to see what YOU come up with! We have a LOVELY prize package provided by our sweet Miss Ros! Check it out! Wishing you a day filled with magic! Hugs, Cheryl
