In celebration of Youth Art Month the gals over at 2 Sketches 4 You have come up with a wonderful idea. Not only are we sharing cards made with Kazan's wonderful sketch, but we are also sharing cards made by our children. I just love it!! I'm so amazed at all the fabulous creations made by the children (and the moms). My daughter Alena (13) was excited to make cards for her niece and nephews. She just adores them and is pushing for status as favorite aunt. I'm sharing with you all a card that I made and one of the cards that Alena made and was willing to share. Mine is the welcome home card and Alena's is the Easter card.
Wow! Looks like Alena is following in her mama's footsteps!! Her card is gorgeous!! And as always, so is yours!!!
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are fab! Love the new look of your blog too :o)
ReplyDeleteOkay girls (this includes YOU Alena), when I first saw your cards....I gasped. They are both beautiful. Then I realized the FIRST ONE was Alena's, not Cheryl's. Not that Cheryl's is bad, as it's NOT, but Alena...you are definitely talented!! So glad you both joined in this week.
ReplyDeleteom-gosh how talented is Alena. Wow! I had to read the post and make sure I had the right card for the right person - Cheryl I love your card - so nice to see what you have created with something that we looked at together. Alena you have your mama's talent for sure! I sincerely hope that when you turn 18 you will try out for our DT spot.
