I just love that sketches can be so versatile. I found that this week from the sketch over at 2 Sketches 4 You. I made two completely different cards from Kazan's Sketch #26. How fun is that?
very cool how you took one sketch and made two completely different cards that are each wonderful! Like the flower with the butterfly on top and the stitching you did on the second card is neat on the sun. Also that laundry line is so cute!!!
wow how cool are these Cheryl :) I love how different they are - all from one sketch! The butterfly card is gorgeous and I love the cute little clothes line too. Hugs K
Oh, they're both so cute, but I really love that butterfly!!!! You do such beautiful cards, I'm not a card person, I like doing them, just can't think "outside the box" enough!!! LOL!
I love both of your cards, the top one is so elegant, and the other is just too cute! I love how you used the close line for the scalloped edge. I alway take sketches so literal, and I am being inspired by cards like this to step out of that box. Thank you!
Wow! It's been awhile since I've stopped by your blog!!! Your cards are gorgeous!! I just love the clothes line on that 2nd card!!! Beautiful work as always, girlie!!!
Gorgeous cards! I love the colors in the first one and the clothes line in the second is adorable. It's so great that they can be so different and yet from the same sketch! Hope you have a great weekend! :)
WOW! YOu are so talented, and have a great "eye" for what should go together. YOur cards are terrific...and the second is so adorable. Thanks for sharing!

“Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he’s been robbed. The fact is that most putts don’t drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to just be people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is like an old time rail journey…delays…sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling burst of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride.” ― Gordon B. Hinckley
