Wishing You Blessings *2S4Y*
I love the sentiment on the card I was able to create this week using Kazan's great sketch at 2 Sketches 4 You and the sentiment on the stamps provided by our wonderful sponsor JustRite Stamps. I hope you are able to play along this week. I want to express that I sincerely do wish you all the blessings of the season. My heart is full of gratitude. I have been so richly blessed. In the past few months some miraculous things have happened to me and my family. I was able to find my sister who had been missing for 27 years and witness her reunited with our dad who just turned 90. I was able to be with my dad and so many family and friends as my dad celebrated his birthday. Many of you know that my daughter decided to serve as a missionary for our church. She was called to serve in Paraguay. She had been learning the language and other missionary training for the past two months. Today as I sit and type this she is on a plane headed to Paraguay. After 36 hours of travel she will arrive in Paraguay tomorrow afternoon at 5:00. At the same time she will be meeting with her mission president tomorrow in Paraguay, my son will be meeting with our church leaders here to turn in the paper work so he can also serve as a missionary for our church. He will find out in about 2 1/2 weeks where he will be serving. I have for the past five years had the amazing privilige of being the president of the organization in our church that works with the children ages eighteen months to 12 years. Yesterday I was released from that position and called into a presidency to work with the women of our church. My life is so full and rich and blessed. I say, really, can anyone be more blessed than I am? I love the Lord with all my heart and am so privileged to be able to serve Him in the smallest of ways and to watch my children want to give their all to do the same. I have been blessed with so many wonderful friends and feel blessed so much to work with Laura and Kazan and all of the DT members. I feel blessed by the support and encouragement you render. So........I wish you all the choicest of blessings with all my heart. Much love to you all, Cheryl

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. I love that you shared all of your recent blessings. Best of luck to your daughter in Paraguay. I think I mentioned a few months ago that one of my son's dear friends is serving there. He gets home on Wednesday, just in time for Thanksgiving. Be sure to share where your son is going when he opens his call! Lastly, enjoy the RS presidency. I have been the RS in my ward for the past couple of years. I love it. Working with women is THE BEST!
